Shasta Gateway Industrial Park

The Shasta Gateway Industrial Park encompasses approximately 230 acres. It was developed and owned by the City of Shasta Lake. The first 50 acres were developed into 15 lots in 1993. The remaining acreage is reserved for future expansion. There are presently two City-owned 3 acre lots available in Phase 1. Get information about the industrial park.

Economic Development Electric Rate

Shasta Lake offers an Economic Development electric rate that is available to new manufacturing facilities locating within the City that have a billing demand of 1 megawatt or more. In addition, all businesses located within the City's Industrial Park are eligible for the ED rate regardless of billing demand. This rate is in effect for 36 months and is not subject to change during that period.
