If any of the items listed in the application process are not met, the Director shall notify the applicant of the deficiency within 10 working days, after which the applicant will have 10 working days from the receipt of the notice to correct the deficiency. If the deficiency is not corrected within 10 days, the Director may deny the permit and notify the applicant of this determination in writing within 10 calendar days following the directors decision after which the applicant can appeal the decision in accordance with 5.05.120.
